Originally a Grammy-winning Song of the Year in 1977 for Barry Manilow, this iconic track was actually penned by Beach Boy Bruce Johnston. In a conversation with Robby, Bruce revealed his inspiration behind the song, sharing, "One day, while driving in my car, the idea struck me that God is the ultimate author of all songs."
In their rendition, Robby and Sara approach the song from God's perspective, infusing it with a gospel-style Hammond organ and Sara's soulful lead AND background vocals. The result is a transcendent hymn-like experience that forges a powerful connection on an entirely new level.
