Hammond Artist ROBBY ROBINSON teams up for another amazing collaboration with rising superstar SARA NIEMIETZ for a very cool, very campy, Hammond-centric version of the classic ROUTE 66.
Robby & Sara pay a super-cool homage to Robby's beloved home-town of Litchfield, IL which sits directly along Route 66. The hip video created by uber-talented Sara Niemietz depicts the Litchfield Route 66 Welcome Center as well as the Hammond Organ Factory in Chicago. Robby and Sara then twist and turn their way along Route 66 grooving all the way to the Santa Monica Pier.
Hammond Organ artist Robby Robinson uses ONLY the brand new Hammond SkPRO to create a soul-jazz groove that evolves into funky rock vibe. Soulful Sara Niemietz elegently trades riffs with Robby's Hammond licks in a style that is reminiscent of Manhattan Transfer or Ella Fitzgerald. As they motor along the way, Sara shows off her chops moving effortlessly from jazz to soul to rock and in between!
